What is NYSC?
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is a one-year program in Nigeria where graduates of universities and polytechnics are required to serve their country. Established in 1973, its main objectives are to promote national unity, integration, and development among Nigerian youths.
Corps members are deployed to different parts of the country, often far from their home states, to foster a better understanding of Nigeria’s diverse cultures and promote national cohesion
