How to Locate Abia NYSC Orientation Camp

  • Once you get to Umuahia, come down at Gate/Bus Stop.
  • Look for a cab heading to Ohafia via Igbere and tell them you’re stopping at Igbere before Abriba (about ₦400–₦500).
  • Cross to the other side of the road and walk straight into the camp – it’s very close.
  • Don’t tell them “Bende”; Bende town is farther than where the camp is.

Another simple route:

  • From Isi Gate in Umuahia, board a bus going to Igbere / Item.
  • The driver will drop you right in front of the camp gate before Okoko Item.

How to Locate Anambra NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Onitsha: Go to Upper Iweka, take a bus to Awka and tell the conductor you’re dropping at Amawbia Junction. From there, hop on a bike or Keke to the camp at Umuawulu/Abaukwu.
  • From Awka: From UNIZIK Junction, board a bus toward Onitsha, stop at Amawbia Junction, then pick a Keke or taxi straight to camp.

How to Locate Kano NYSC Orientation Camp

  • As you’re entering Kano, ask to be dropped at Unguwa Uku. You’ll see buses loading straight to Karaye camp (around ₦600–₦800).
  • If for any reason you end up at Sabon‑Gari (New Road): take a Keke to Bata, then another vehicle to Kabuga Park, and from there a bus directly to Karaye camp.

How to Locate Jigawa NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Kano, simply board a bus to Dutse.
  • Tell the driver you’re going to the NYSC camp at Fanisau.
  • Camp is easy to spot – it’s right opposite the Army barracks. The ride is roughly 1½ hours.

How to Locate Bauchi NYSC Orientation Camp

  • When you get to Bauchi town, take a taxi to Muda Lawal Park.
  • From there, board a bus to Wailo.
  • The NYSC camp is in Wailo, along that route.

How to Locate Rivers NYSC Orientation Camp

  • Once you arrive Port Harcourt, drop at Eleme Junction.
  • Ask for the park where they load buses to Nonwa or Gokana.
  • Enter any of those and tell the driver you’re heading to the NYSC camp at Nonwa‑Gbam – it’s right along the road and they know it well. Trip is about 1 hour.

How to Locate Oyo NYSC Orientation Camp

  • Get to Ibadan and come down at Iwo Road.
  • Take a taxi going to Ojoo and stop at Iseyin Park (around ₦250–₦500).
  • From that park, board a bus to Iseyin camp.
  • The journey is a bit long – expect over 2 hours and around ₦1,000–₦1,200.

How to Locate Delta NYSC Orientation Camp

From Lagos / South‑West / Benin:

  • Take a bus to Asaba or Onitsha and tell them you’ll alight at Issele‑Uku Junction.
  • Cross the express and get a bike to the camp (₦150–₦200).

From Enugu / South‑East:

  • From Enugu, go to Onitsha (Upper Iweka), then take a bus to Asaba and get down at Koko Junction (last stop).
  • From there, join a bus to Issele‑Uku Junction, cross the road and take a bike to camp.
  • From Asaba to Issele‑Uku is about 25–35 minutes.

How to Locate Adamawa NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Yola, take a taxi to Vinikilang.
  • At Vinikilang, you’ll easily get a Keke that goes straight to camp.
  • If you prefer comfort, you can also charter a drop from any park in Yola directly to the camp for around ₦800–₦1,200.

How to Locate Katsina NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Kano, hop on a bus to Katsina.
  • Once you arrive at the park in Katsina, just take a bike to the camp along Mani Road – every bike man knows it.

How to Locate Nasarawa NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Abuja, first get a bus to Mararaba.
  • At Mararaba, enter a bus going to Keffi (about ₦300).
  • Tell the driver you’re dropping at the NYSC orientation camp along that road and stay alert.

How to Locate Cross River NYSC Orientation Camp

From Lagos / South‑West:

  • Travel down to Calabar, then board a straight bus to Obubra.
  • Drop at Obubra Junction and take a bike (₦250–₦300) to the camp.

From Abuja:

  • Enter a Calabar bus, tell the driver ahead of time that you’ll come down at Obubra Junction.
  • From the junction, pick a bike to camp.

From Onitsha:

  • From Upper Iweka, look for vehicles going to IKOM.
  • Let the driver know you’re stopping at Obubra Junction, then take a bike to the NYSC camp.

How to Locate Sokoto NYSC Orientation Camp

  • Once you’re in Sokoto city, just pick a bike and tell the rider you’re going to NYSC camp, Wamakko.
  • It’s about ₦250–₦300, and the camp sits on the left side of the main road.

How to Locate Kaduna NYSC Orientation Camp

  • In Kaduna city, enter a bus heading towards the Kaduna–Abuja expressway / Chikun axis.
  • Tell the driver from the start that you’re stopping at the NYSC orientation camp on that express.
  • The fare is usually around ₦250–₦300.

How to Locate Kogi NYSC Orientation Camp

  • No matter where you’re coming from in Kogi, your target is Kabba.
  • Once you get to Kabba park (last stop), pick a bike straight to the NYSC camp. It’s a short ride.

  • From Osogbo, board a bus to Ede.
  • At Ede, grab a bike (₦200–₦300) and tell the rider to take you to the NYSC camp.

  • As you approach, tell the driver you’ll be dropping at Gbongan (Gbogan) from Ife or Ilesa.
  • From Gbongan, you’ll get a direct bus that goes very close to the NYSC camp.

How to Locate Abuja (FCT) NYSC Orientation Camp

  • First, get to Jabi Park in Abuja.
  • From Jabi, take a taxi or Keke to Wuse Market.
  • There, board a bus going to Kubwa Village and get down at Kubwa Market (last stop).
  • The NYSC camp is just nearby – you can either walk or take a short bike ride.

How to Locate Lagos NYSC Orientation Camp

From Ikeja:

  • Take a bus to Iyana Ipaja.
  • From Iyana Ipaja, board a bus heading towards Agege/NYSC camp and tell them you’re stopping at the NYSC Orientation Camp.

From Ojota:

  • Enter a bus to Oshodi, then from Oshodi take another to Iyana Ipaja and get off under the bridge (last stop).
  • Follow the small road on the right and walk straight; you can also ask anybody around for “NYSC camp” – it’s close.

From Oyingbo:

  • Take a bus to Costain, then another to Ojuelegba.
  • From Ojuelegba, go to Oshodi, then from Oshodi to Iyana Ipaja (under bridge).
  • From there, follow the road on the right or ask people to point you towards the NYSC camp.

How to Locate Ogun NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Lagos or Abeokuta, just take a direct bus to Sagamu.
  • At Sagamu, hop on a bike and tell the rider you’re going to the NYSC camp.
  • The road from Abeokuta to Sagamu is roughly one hour.

How to Locate Imo NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Owerri, go to Ama JK and look for buses going to Nkwerre.
  • Tell the driver you’re heading to NYSC camp, Eziama Obaire, Nkwerre.
  • You’ll drop at Nkume Junction, then take a bike straight into camp.
  • The whole trip from Owerri is about 40 minutes to 1 hour, ₦400–₦600.

How to Locate Enugu NYSC Orientation Camp

  • If you’re already in Enugu town, find your way to Holy Ghost Park.
  • From there, board a vehicle going to Awgu; it takes you straight to the camp.

If you’re coming from Port Harcourt / Calabar axis:

  • Enter any bus headed for Enugu and tell the driver early that you’ll drop at Awgu NYSC camp.
  • Once you pass Okigwe, remind him again so he doesn’t forget.

By air (Enugu Airport):

  • You can hire a cab directly to camp or go to Holy Ghost Park first, then pick a vehicle to Awgu.

By air (Owerri Airport):

  • From Owerri, head towards Okigwe, then get a cab from Okigwe straight to the Awgu NYSC camp.

How to Locate Borno NYSC Orientation Camp (temporary site as described)

  • From Kano, tell the transporters you’re going to Gumel in Jigawa State.
  • They’ll direct you to where you can take a taxi and then a straight bus to the College of Education, Gumel.
  • That college currently serves as the temporary NYSC orientation camp.

How to Locate Yobe NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Kano, just look for a direct bus to Potiskum, Yobe State – that’s where the camp is.
  • From Lagos or Onitsha, you can also find direct buses to Potiskum.
  • Once in Potiskum, ask for the NYSC camp; locals will guide you.

How to Locate Gombe NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Gombe main park, ask for vehicles heading to the NYSC camp and board one.
  • The camp is at Science Technical College, Amanda, about 21 km on the Gombe–Bauchi Highway, close to Gombe International Airport.

How to Locate Akwa Ibom NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From AKTC park in Uyo, check first if there’s a direct bus to camp.
  • If not, take a Keke to the area popularly called “Orientation” along Oron Road.
  • Ask for where buses to Nsit Atai load; join one of them and it will take you straight to camp.

How to Locate Kwara NYSC Orientation Camp

  • In Ilorin, grab a bike to Maraba.
  • At Maraba, you’ll easily see buses going to Yikpata.
  • Those buses drop you right in front of the camp gate.

How to Locate Bayelsa NYSC Orientation Camp

  • Board a bus to Yenagoa, but let the driver know you’ll come down at Mbiama (just before Bayelsa proper).
  • From Mbiama, join a cab heading to Kaiama and come down at Kaiama Park.
  • From there, take a bike straight to the NYSC camp.

How to Locate Edo NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Benin City, enter a bus going to Okada.
  • Once you arrive Okada, you can take either a cab or a bike straight to the NYSC orientation camp.

How to Locate Taraba NYSC Orientation Camp

  • The Taraba camp is on Sibre Airport Road in Jalingo.
  • If you’re entering Jalingo via that route, buses usually stop you right at the camp gate, since it’s directly on the express.

How to Locate Zamfara NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Kaduna, get down at Kawo Park.
  • Take a bike or taxi to NDA Junction, where you’ll see Zamfara Park.
  • Board a bus to Zamfara and tell them you’re alighting at Tsafe LGA.
  • The NYSC camp is by the roadside there in Tsafe.

How to Locate Benue NYSC Orientation Camp

  • The camp is on the Makurdi–Gboko road, just before Wanunne town (Tarka LGA HQ).

From Makurdi:

  • At the last bus stop, cross the road to where Winners Chapel is.
  • In front of the church, you’ll see cars going to Gboko.
  • Board one and tell the driver to stop you at the NYSC camp, just after the Police College, by the roadside.

How to Locate Plateau NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Jos, simply board a direct bus to Mangu – that’s where the camp is.
  • The fare is around ₦500, and the journey takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

How to Locate Ebonyi NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Abakaliki, enter a bus going to Afikpo (MacGregor camp area).
  • Drop at the junction for the camp and take a bike to the NYSC orientation camp.

How to Locate Kebbi NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Mando Park in Kaduna, enter a vehicle going to Yauri/Kontagora and drop at Yauri.
  • From Yauri, get a vehicle to Koko.
  • At Koko, hire a cab straight to the NYSC camp at Dakingari.

From Ibadan:

  • Board a vehicle to Kontagora (Niger State).
  • From Kontagora, get another vehicle to Koko, then a cab to Dakingari camp.

How to Locate Niger NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Minna, take a bike to the Mobil filling station.
  • Around Mobil, you’ll see vehicles going to Paiko.
  • Enter one and it will drop you in Paiko, where the camp is located.

How to Locate Ekiti NYSC Orientation Camp

  • From Ado‑Ekiti, look for vehicles going to Ise‑Emure.
  • Enter one and tell them you’re stopping at the NYSC orientation camp along that route.
  • The fare is usually about ₦400.

How to Locate Ondo NYSC Orientation Camp

When you reach the last bus stop in Ikare, take a bike straight to the NYSC camp.

From Akure, take a taxi to Benin Garage.

There, board a vehicle going to Ikare.
